Larger Product Diversity Possible

With the purchase of two more injection mould units we increased our machine park and production capacities. Both of the newly acquired Krauss Maffei machines have a clamping force of 13,000 kN and 5,000 kN respectively.  As a result we can now produce much larger moulded parts and offer our customers enhanced capacities. In addition, we can now noticeably expand our offer to individually develop and to produce complex product groups. 

A new silo storage unit also guarantees that the additional production capacities are optimally supplied with plastic granulate around the clock.

Blow moulding technique

Since 2008, four blow moulding lines have enlarged our machinery outfit as well as our competence spectrum. Articles with a volume up to 6 liter can be produced at our plant in Hennef.

Due to downstreamed handlings, we can offer the following procedures:

- ultrasonic welding

- turning, milling, drilling and punching

- leakage tests
