Rapid development and effective problem solving

Problem solving is one of our major strengths. The desire to continually improve our products by including the newest processing technology and materials has been part of our company’s tradition for decades.

Our customers value this and, as a result, include us in the early stages of their product development. For example, take warning triangles. We not only produce excellent warning triangles, but we also make sure that it is easily accessible and can be removed without difficulty. Furthermore, we ensure that the mounting of the warning triangle, including the fitting, is as easy as possible. This reduces costs at our customer’s production line. And exactly this is how we see our customer service – we optimize both the product and the production processes involved.

If questions arise during the process, for example in the pre-production phase, we travel to the customer and analyse the situation. Back in our company, a designated team of experts, for example from the development, production, quality management and tool making departments, work out the necessary changes. In most cases, the 3-D models or modified prototypes are available within a few days.

It goes without saying that we make use of the most up-to-date computer technology. CAD 2D/3D and CATIA V4 and V5 are among our standard systems. Furthermore, we have a climate testing laboratory and a fully fledged, standardised light tunnel (CIE 54 / ECE-R27), which is used for short term testing as well as for continuous supervision of production runs.
